Fishing remained good offshore this week. Last Sunday and Monday the sailfish bite was very good; but slowed as the wind backed off. Southeast/South wind is not the most ideal for sails; but it does allow small boaters a chance ...Look for 150-300' of water to remain a pretty effective depth range to target. While you may find some fish out deeper; for the most part the deep side of the edge is a good place to start. Kingfish remind scattered along the 120' ledge in good numbers. A cobia or two have also been lurking around the same areas.The kingfish schools will move around a bit: but from the Juno Beach Pier to Jupiter Inlet in 120-150' of water is a pretty safe bet. Live sardines are the most popular choice bait wise; but drifting dead sardines on a knocker rig will also get plenty of bites. Blackfin Tuna bite remains very strong in 250-350' of water.
