Snap to grid illustrator
In Illustrator, for whatever reason, when I try and draw a straight line with the pen tool it jumps from where it is anchored. It seems as though it's even on the same pixel, but it's not anchored in the same place. When I do other angles it works fine (mostly). Align to Pixel Grid is unchecked.I shouldn't need Illustrator to do this. I'm trying to use the Pen tool to create a line that follows a very specific, grid accurate path. I have the guides exactly where I want it, and they're lined up with the grid (which is turned down to one line every 80 pixels with only 2 subdivisions).
