Just got another Nagakiba from a friend. Dual welding them right now with Bloodhound step/blood slash bleed and frost. I'm doing the same thing, blood nagakiba in main hand and uchigatana in right. I tested out keen nagakiba in right hand vs blood on the Giant bears in limgrave and the blood katana seemed to kill them a little quicker.Working in Elden Ring 1.10. If you care about bleed build up than dual katanas get more hits per minute than 2-handed. 2-handing offers more stagger damage which will lead to more stance breaking (especially if you use charged attacks), also I believe you use less stamina than dual wielding.
