There are a number of ways to get DEX-to-Damage: URogue's Finesse Training, Slashing Grace, Fencing Grace, Starry Grace, Two-Weapon Grace, Dervish Dance (most relevant to the Magus since it carries no off-hand restriction), Bladed Brush, among others.
